The best natural materials
With our own crosscut saw and wood-processing facilities, HQ Pack has greater control over the quality and supply of this traditional packaging material. We provide various types of multiplex/plywood (pine, birch and tropical hardwood), with options including rough-sawn and/or smooth-plane, for use in boxes, pallets, crates and cases. As a member of SMHV (Stichting Markering Houten Verpakkingen), the wooden packaging produced by HQ Pack meets the International Phytosanitary Measure 15 (ISPM 15) standards.
The core of protection and insulation
From interiors and buffers to FEFCO boxes and wrap packaging, foam plays a critical protection and insulation role in packaging. With our in-house foam cutting facilities, HQ Pack has the ability to tailor specific foam combinations to match individual customer requirements. This allows our customers to incorporate standard, as well as cleanroom-compatible and antistatic foam options. They can also combine them with other materials such as plastic corrugated board (polypropylene), paper / cardboard or rubber (Viton).
Dust-free covers to plastic pallets
With in-house plastic production, HQ Pack can produce our own covers, bags and sheets, as well as processing hard plastic components such as pallets and storage boxes. For products which must be packed in a manner free from dust and other airborne particulates, our covers and bags are available in virtually any size. Customers can select from polyethylene (PE), antistatic PE, Electrostatic Discharge foil (ESD) and a 3-layer aluminium barrier foil.
