What are you going to do within our organization?

In the role of Process Engineer you will execute diverse analytical and process based activities within production to maintain an optimal and efficient production process. You mainly work on improvement projects, quality analysis and provide necessary information to internal departments. You analyze, signalize and provide requested advise regarding process conditions.

In this role you will frequently have internal consultation with different departments such as Quality, Engineering, Planning and Purchase. You will report to the Manager Production Engineering.

Your activities as a Process Engineer will include, amongst other things:

  • You translate product specifications to processes. While maintaining the optimum workorder, workplace setup, processing times, necessary tools and machinery;
  • You create work instructions (in the form of detailed process description) and keep this up-to-date;
  • You supply correct technical documentation;
  • You (easily) note points of improvement and take actions and/or consults their findings with shift leaders/team leaders;
  • You provide input to areas of multiple process parameters;
  • Provide checks based on workorders, solve problems of note issues, analyze and give advice;
  • You create process design for efficient setup of workstations, machines and tools;
  • You participate to meetings regarding production processes.
What do we ask?
  • HBO/ HBO+/ WO level of education
  • Has done a technical study (MTS, HTS, mechanical engineering, business administration). Or had experience in similar functions;
  • Experience with ERP systems, we work with ISAH;
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English (oral and written)

As a Corporate Accountmanager, you are responsible for delivering worldwide growth in collaboration with our largest customer, operating in the Semicon industry. The CAM role is a sales leadership role that works as an overlay to the sales team of 5, including an account manager for our Service Center in NL. They support the business in NL with our largest customer. In the United States and Malaysia, you are functionally supported through local account management.

The CAM for HQ Pack will lead a sales team with strategic direction through appropriate leadership and delegation. The CAM can have direct line management responsibilities, and be required to oversee and influence world sales resources, while supporting organizational development and drive sales results through an organized strategy and Account Plan Objectives. The CAM reports into the CCO.

The CAM is responsible for the global account plan, and growth objectives. He motivates the account managers around the world to align their account plans and initiatives to the global growth plan.

You will be working with many different layers of hierarchy on customer site, including senior leadership. Externally and internally, you need to manage your network to impact the success at HQ Pack.

Your activities as a Corporate Accountmanager will include, amongst other things:

  • Responsible for account growth and management on global level;
  • Takes lead in developing sales and marketing strategies for the assigned account, our largest customer;

Your activities as a Manager Production Engineering will include, amongst other things:

  • Lead a team of Production Engineers by motivating, coaching and supporting to develop the team members to operational success;
  • Define and prioritize the activities of the team members within the different areas of responsibility.
  • Drive continuous process improvement activities accordance to safety, quality, delivery and cost targets;
  • Secure and enhance the capability of existing processes;
  • Ensure work standards are implemented in accordance to the quality, health&safety and the environment (QHSE) procedures.
What do we ask?
  • A higher professional education (HBO/WO) work and thinking level;
  • Technical education in the field of mechanical engineering, technical business administration or comparable;
  • Minimum of 5-10 years' leadership experience, coaching style within a production environment;
  • Experience as a manager and leading a team consisting of highly skilled professionals;
  • Experience with managing 20+ FTE within a Engineering environment;
  • Experience with 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, DFSS and continuous improvement;
  • Minimal Six Sigma Green Belt certified (Black Belt is preferred);
  • Knowledge of packaging technologies and/or cleanroom assembly and cleaning processes is a pre;
  • Knowledge of and experience with ERP systems;
  • Good command of Dutch and English.

Through developing and maintaining manufacturing processes, workflows and equipment, the team enables the operations department to achieve its goals and satisfy customer’s needs. The Production Engineering team is responsible for work preparation, calculation, proto-build process optimalisation and standardization. You report to the Operations Manager.
