HQ Pack belongs to the worldwide top in the field of High-Tech packaging and tooling. We develop, clean, produce and manage the logistic flow of packaging for high-quality industrial products. Very fragile, valuable parts get the protection they need during transport all over the world.

What are you going to do within our organization?

As the Quality Controller you will be responsible for the quality of the products delivered between departments and to customers according to the specifications set for this, so that there is no loss of production or no rejected products at the end of the production process, or go to the customer.

Your tasks will include;

• Prior performance of quality control (manual, inspection) on the delivered parts on the basis of the established requirements and/or drawings and where necessary using measuring instruments
• Rejecting parts that do not meet the requirements
• Analysing and assessing the deviations and registering them in ISAH
• Communication internally about the deviations with the departments Quality, Engineering, Logistics and Sales
• Checking items from internal production departments
• Checking finished orders from production for shipment to internal and external customers

What we ask

To be successful in the role of Quality Controller you have the following requirement:

• VMBO + working and thinking level
• Good command of both the English and Dutch language;
• You are familiar with measurement tools;
• Knowledge and experience with ERP;
• Good command of Microsoft office.

HQ Pack's Service Centre ensures that, wherever in the world re-usable packaging is collected, cleaned and repaired to new condition. We do this for global players in the semiconductor-, electronics-, aerospace-, medical industries and machine building.

Our group of companies employs over 1000 people spread over 7 locations. HQ Pack's head office is located in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. In addition, we have a branch office in Malaysia, Singapore and two branches in the USA. Within HQ Pack Group we also have a specialized company in the field of plastics machining (HQ Plastics), cleaning (HQ Precision Cleaning) and in the field of wood working (Seerden).
