What will you do within our organization?

Due to the continuing growth of our organization we are looking for a Logistics Planner. In this role you give direction to various logistic employees with the aim to work as efficiently as possible. You are responsible for the complete incoming and outgoing flow of goods. You report to the Teamleader Logistics

Your main tasks as a Logistics Planner will be:

  • Organizing, planning and controlling the inbound and outbound flow of goods;
  • Making a transport planning and ensuring the correct transport method, whereby contact with customers/suppliers/shippers is necessary;
  • Directing logistics staff (the first point of contact, instructing and setting priorities);
  • You are responsible for the correct organisation of the dispatch centre;
  • You are the point of contact for truckdrivers in the context of loading and unloading;
  • Taking care of all administrative documentation (including packing slips, waybills, pallet labels and other necessary documentation);
  • Responsible for correct compliance with laws and regulations and company rules in the area of quality, safety and environment (such as ISO).

In addition, you mainly consult with our internal Sales, Logistics, Finance and IT departments. You will also have regular contact with other locations in the context of shuttles and deliveries.

What are our requirements?

To be successful in this versatile role you have at least:

  • HBO work and thinking level;
  • Previous experience in the field of planning in a production environment is a strong advantage;
  • Knowledge of computer systems (MS Office, ISAH);
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language;
  • The ability to operate a forklift, reach truck and (electronic) stacker or the willingness to obtain certificates.
