What are you going to do within our organization?

To realize the further growth of our organization, we are looking for a Logistics Employee. In this role, you will primarily handle and administrate machine parts which are going in and out of the cleanroom. You are responsible for timely and correct delivery and collection of the concerning machine parts by the cleanroom. You will be working in different areas with and without cleanroom environment.

Your activities consist of:

  • Receiving and delivery physical products to cleanroom;
  • Control quantity and consistency with the Purchase Order ;
  • Manage inventory for the incoming and outgoing goods location;
  • Identify and communicate deviations both in quantity and/or article numbers;
  • Correct and quick dispatching of materials and machine parts as requested by the cleanroom;
  • Pick and book cleanroom items to order from cleanroom inventory;
  • Resolve errors, incorrect deliveries, general administrative issue in cooperation with the cleanroom operators, planner or project manager;
  • Commit to, and continuously improve the standards by initiating;
  • Improvements and eliminating waste from the process where possible;
  • Removing products from cleanroom and prepare for the customer to collect them.

What do we ask?

To be successful in the role of Logistics Employee, you should at least have:

  • MBO+ work-and thinking level;
  • Good command of Dutch and English;
  • Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English
  • Ability to complete paperwork accurately in English
  • Experience with cleanroom operation grade 1 and 2;
  • Ability to work safely around chemicals and equipment;
  • Experience in working with an ERP and planning system;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel;
  • Heftruck / EPT certificate or willing to obtain so and driving license of category B.

What do we do?

HQ Precision Cleaning is specialized in the high-quality cleaning and qualification of high-tech parts and assemblies. As a strategic partner for ASML and others, we have the following cleaning processes in house:

  • Grade 1 & 2 Surface and vacuum cleaning;
  • Ultrasonic cleaning;
  • Bake-out processes;
  • XCDA flushing.

We qualify using the following measurements;

  • TOC (Total Organic Carbon);
  • RGA (Residual Gas Analysis);
  • PMC (Particle Measurement Card).

We do this for renowned customers in the semiconductor industry, optical technology, aerospace and machine building.
