What will you be doing within our organization?

To realize the further growth of our organization, we are looking for a Team Leader Cleanroom. As a Team Leader Cleanroom you the main responsibility is to ensure and secure the quality in the cleanroom and its output. What will you be doing within our organization?

Due to the strong growth of our organization, we are looking for a Sales Support Employee. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting administrative activities in the field of order intake (back office).

As a Sales Support Employee you are responsible for, among other things:

  • Entering orders;
  • Confirming orders;
  • Monitoring & updating order portfolio;
  • Approving orders for invoicing;
  • Preparing various weekly lists;
  • Contributing to operational meetings (incidental);
  • Answering questions for current orders (by e-mail and telephone);
  • Handling complaints or escalating to a colleague if it concerns a complex issue.

In addition to these activities, you are expected to contribute to the overall activities of the department in a team context.

What do we ask?

To be successful in the role of Sales Support Employee you have the following requirements:

  • MBO work and thinking level;
  • Affinity with technology is an advantage;
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales support role;
  • Knowledge of administrative processes and insight into their improvement;
  • Experience with information management;
  • Good command of the MS Office package;
  • Experience with ERP systems is desired;
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
What qualities do you need to have?
  • You must have good communication skills and be customer-oriented;
  • You are administratively accurate;
  • You are good at anticipating problems;
  • You have an eye for detail;
